At Jupiter Creations Inc, we make every attempt to ensure that our online catalog is as accurate and complete as possible. In order to give you the opportunity to view our products in great detail, some products may appear larger or smaller than their actual size in our photographs; and since every computer monitor is set differently, color and size may vary slightly.
In rare instances, data may be inaccurately displayed on our site due to system errors. While we make every attempt to avoid these errors, they may occur. We reserve the right to correct any and all errors when they do occur and we do not honor inaccurate or erroneous prices. Our prices are also subject to change without notice. For your convenience, we offer the following payment methods:

We apologize but we do not accept international credit cards. If you’d like to split payments on different credit cards, please contact us at (917) 493-9393. Paypal orders are billed at the time of order processing.
Policy on Debit Cards
A debit card is treated differently than a credit card by your bank. A debit card is much like a credit card in that it may display a credit card company logo, like Visa or MasterCard, but a charge to your debit card uses funds directly from your bank account. The biggest difference is that your bank may institute a daily charge limit on your debit card. If the price of your order exceeds a daily limit set on your debit Card we will notify you, as this will prohibit us from processing your order.
Payment and Deposits for Special Orders
Special orders may require a deposit at the time of the order. You are responsible for all associated shipping charges. Freight, shipping, will not be credited back.
Payments and Back Orders
In the instance a product is on back order, we process the order but we do not bill for payment until the product is available to ship. We may authorize the credit card while processing your order to prevent fraud. Paypal orders are billed at the time of order processing.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your order and it is still in new condition, uninstalled condition, you can return it for an exchange or refund.
Cancellations
In the event you have placed an order and decide to cancel it before it is shipped, we can usually waive the cancellation/restocking fee. However, there may be a 6.5% fee assessed on cancellations initiated by the customer if your credit card has been already been processed. Customers must call within 24 hours after their initial purchase to change the order. If the order has shipped, there will be a 20% restocking fee plus associated freight charges.
Damages
Upon delivery, should you notice any damage to the outer packaging, you may reject the merchandise at that point and call us to let us know. If you un-wrap the merchandise and notice damage, please let us know. Any shipping damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery by calling (917) 493-9393. Most merchandise is covered under a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty. For any damage reported after 48 hours, please contact the shipper or manufacturer for resolution. We reserve the right to limit or refuse to accept the return of merchandise at any time and for any reason.
Legal Notices
Under no circumstances shall Jupiter Creations, Inc. be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages of any kind, regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict product liability or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. We make no representation or warranty of any kind, whether expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, non-infringement, or fitness for a particular purpose. All items purchased from our store are accompanied by a manufacturer warranty unless indicated otherwise. You acknowledge that any warranty in connection with all products or services offered on our site is solely provided by the manufacturer or supplier of that product or service.
